By accessing and browsing the Site, the User represents to fully understand and expressly and unconditionally accepts the Conditions of use set out below, including other notes or indications, that might be provided to the User by NTC once they begin the access and browsing.
All data and information are provided for an informative purpose, in order to improve the knowledge of NTC’s activities.
The Site does not provide any medical advice. NTC does not deal with providing services, medical or professional advices and the information contained in the Site is not intended to replace an advice provided by a healthcare professionals. If someone wishes or needs any of these services, they should refer a healthcare professional. Site’s Users shall contact a healthcare professional for any follow-up, clarification request or drugs prescription.
The User agrees to use the Site exclusively for lawful purposes, without breaching anyone’s right and without limiting anyone else from visiting the Site.

We also remind that, under the existing regulations, any citizen can report any adverse event also to the local healthcare unit (via regular or electronic mail) through the dedicated sheet, available on AIFA’s website (http://www.agenziafarmaco.gov.it).
The consent for processing personal data, provided by the Users in the spontaneous communications for pharmacovigilance, should be intended as implicit.
Everything contained or published on the Site is subject to copyright protection, unless it is specifically indicated in writing, and shall not be used, without prior NTC’s written consent. NTC does not claim nor warrant that the User’s utilization of the Site does not breach any third party’s right.
All trademarks, the domain names and logos (“the Marks”) are registered and non-registered NTC’s trademarks. Nothing of what is contained in the Site shall be intended as a granting, expressed in implicit ways or through a foreclosure, of a license or right to use Marks, contained in the Site, without prior NTC’s written consent or without prior other third parties’ written consent.
