Transfer of Values

In accordance with the provisions on data transparency set forth in the Code of Conduct of Egualia, NTC S.r.l. must document and disclose all Transfers of Value (“ToV”), whether directly or indirectly, to Healthcare Professionals and Organizations. As of 01/06/2023, NTC Italia S.r.l. was incorporated within NTC S.r.l) as a result of the merger by incorporation. NTC processes all personal data collected in compliance with current data protection legislation.
