Transfer of Values

In accordance with the Transparency provisions set forth in Egualia's Code of Conduct, to which NTC adheres, NTC is required to document and disclose all Transfers of Value (“ToV”), whether direct or indirect, to Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Organizations. Following the merger by incorporation of NTC Italia S.r.l. into NTC S.r.l., as of June 1, 2023, only NTC S.r.l. remains operational. NTC ensures that all personal data collected is processed in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
